Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. My practice is in South Cave, which is easily accessed from Beverley, Market Weighton,

 the A63 and the West Hull villages. I am situated in a quiet and private setting with parking facilities.

I have been a practising Hypnotherapist and Counsellor for 30  years. I have a wide experience of working with people and receive many recommendations from G.P.'s and former clients. I hope you find the information on this page of interest and that I can help you.

My interest in hypnosis began when I used self-hypnosis during childbirth, and I am a strong believer in using a natural holistic approach. 

I trained extensively with the Proudfoot School of Hypnosis & Psychotherapy and am a member of the U.K. Guild of Hypnotist Examiners. 

I also trained with Performance Partnership, and am an Accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapists, NCH (Acc)

I am a qualified Hypnotherapist, hold a Diploma in Counselling, am a Master Practitioner of N.L.P. and an E.F.T. Practitioner.

Since qualifying in 1994, I have been  running a busy private practice. I was employed for 11 years as a Hypnotherapist/Counsellor in a large G.P. Surgery helping patients with a wide range of conditions which the Doctors felt would respond better to complementary therapy than to medication. Other aspects of my practice have included Occupational Health referrals from local business organisations, and training other therapists.

I am committed to a programme of Continual Professional Development (CPD) in order to keep up to date with modern therapeutic methods.

My areas of specialisation include managing Anxiety and Panic attacks, Phobias, I.B.S., Smoking cessation and Past Life Regression. Many other issues can also be helped with hypnotherapy, and I offer friendly, professional help with all stress related, emotional and behavioural conditions.
